• Where do I leave my items when I drop them off? Please let a staff member know when you have arrived. The intake area is just inside the front door, on the left. Do not carry boxes into the store. Please note your consignor number on each box/item that you bring in. Due to limited space, Its New to Me may be selective in the items that we will consign for you. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline certain items. Please do not leave items outside after store hours.
  • Am I allowed to price my merchandise? The owner and support staff will ticket and price your items, however it would be appreciated if you told us how much you paid for your items, so we can price them accurately and fairly.
  • What items do we not accept? We will not accept furniture or large items without an appointment. We will not accept items that are dirty or broken. We do not accept clothing and shoes, baby items, stuffed animals, dolls, bedding, light fixtures, food, items that may be deemed offensive. We reserve the right to decline certain items from time to time such as rugs, lamps, fine china, large pieces of furniture, etc. List of these items will be posted on Instagram.
  • Finally, why should I consign? You want to downsize or are moving. Or sadly, a family member has passed away. The items are too nice to simply throw away! You hope that someone else will find joy in your loved items. Or simply, it’s a way to receive some extra cash for the items you no longer want or need.
